How long will my order take to deliver?
Multiple transit options are available at checkout, plus roughly 3-5 business days for your order to ship out. Forsooth is a one-woman operation, so I greatly appreciate your patience in receiving your package!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, though if your order arrives damaged please reach out! We can work together to come to a resolution; usually I will offer to repair the piece or provide a refund.
What materials do you work with?
All my chainmail is made with 100% stainless steel. It is hypoallergenic, sturdy, and does not rust or oxidize! I also use natural materials including freshwater pearls and various stones in most pieces.
A piece I want is either too big or too small for me, can it be resized?
In some cases, yes! Some necklaces and bracelets will have 'Custom Sizing Available' written in the description. All you need to do is provide your preferred jewelry length in centimeters (or ring size if applicable) in the '' field in your cart, and I will have it resized before it ships out!
If a listing does not have a custom sizing option in the description (likely due to the complexity or nature of the weave), then it is only sold as-is.
***Please note that custom sizing is available within a reasonable length (i.e.; no cheating and requesting a foot long bracelet!). I reserve the right to refuse a custom sizing request if I deem it unreasonable.
Can I commission you for a custom piece?
Custom work is currently not available, though I am hoping to open up commissions in late 2026! Please check out my Instagram for the most up to date news on commissions and catalog drops.
